  • For Literature: All set-texts are welcome.

  • From accessing Literature through film to teaching poetry comparison with music, we create an equipoise between enjoyment and the fruitful outcomes of serious learning

RELATABLE AND PASSIONATE EDUCATORS

Young but experienced and reliable coaches who care deeply about students.

  • Close in age to their students, AWWL Coaches are relatable and experienced enough to guide their students forward and push them towards greater heights.

  • Still fresh in their minds are the the struggles and turbulence of school life. Our coaches at AWWL are thus, often a source of emotional comfort and counsel for his students.

  • In just under 4 years, Ken has taught more than 60 students whilst juggling other official responsibilities.

  • Deeply passionate about education, our coaches strive to offer greater value to their students than their counterparts through offering a personalised and rigorous learning experience.

  • The shared passion for literature shines through our blog too, on which we democratise literary knowledge through analysing topics of literary significance.

TESTIMONIALS

We do not self-aggrandise.
Hear what our satisfied students and parents have to say!

"AWWL enabled me to better appreciate the subject in my second year, as literature was something I struggled with in my first year of JC. Lessons were tailored to my own specific needs and the feedback offered after each submitted essay was extremely precise and focused. Ken and Isabella were extremely encouraging, which in turn created a safe environment that enabled students to feel comfortable in expressing their thoughts and opinions. In addition to their guidance on the subject, our emotional and mental well-being was also being cared for as Ken would also take the time to show concern to our lives outside of mere academic studies. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at AWWL and am immensely grateful for the help I received during my time with AWWL."
